Our work at Black Vanguard Alliance is focused on devising and delivering systemic solutions to address the systemic problem of racism. We do this by identifying, unifying, and empowering thought-leaders from within the Black community. We also create and identify resources and support for the Black community, its individuals, and its institutions.  

We understand that there is power in numbers.  Therefore, we aim to amplify our efforts for justice for the Black community and the mission of our organization by harnessing the power of solidarity with our allies.  We achieve this by connecting, educating, and empowering a racially-diverse, multi-generational , multi-ethnic group of  anti-racism allies who are dedicated to the fight for racial justice and equality.
