We all have to start somewhere. If you are taking your first steps into your journey of fighting racism, this course is for you.  Learn the terminology for racial discourse, learn how to ask questions and have the tough conversations, and learn what to do (and not do) to be an action-oriented ally.

It’s never too late to start doing the right thing.  We have a saying at Black Vanguard Alliance: “The last ally to join the fight is just as important as the first. Welcome to the fight!”  

This master class on ally interaction goes far beyond group discussion or reading recommendations. It is designed to identify non-Black allies in the fight against racism and educate and empower them with actions that they take on IMMEDIATELY. This is an intimate, candid, and very personal conversation for allies who are ready to learn how to embrace an anti-racist lifestyle.

Those who have completed our Race On! master class, will know exactly what we mean when we say “lace up your boots.”  This series of advanced courses builds upon the action-focused ally interaction model that we introduce in Race On!

Like it’s predecessor, the L.A.C.E. Up Bootcamp series is engaging and informative in ways that far exceed typical diversity and inclusion classes.  And like with Race On!, Allies will deepen their understanding of systemic racism and their role and power in eradicating it.
