Mission
Our mission is to create, educate, and activate a legion of allies to the Black community and leverage the power of solidarity to devise, deliver, and deploy the systemic solutions required to solve the problem of systemic racism. These solutions must be multifarious and simultanesous in nature and will address inequities in economics, finance, & business; education; social justice; healthcare & medicine; and political & civic engagement.
Vision Statement
- To facilitate connections between the Black community and non-Black allies to promote an allegiance to anti-racism.
- To empower Blacks to take a leadership position in demanding their liberties and equality
- To train and empower non-Black allies on what specific actions they need to take to eliminate racism
- To develop, deploy, and support strategies that uplift and advance Black livelihood and quality of life so that the lives of Black people are treated in a way that affirms that they matter
- To improve the financial vantage, civic engagement, thought leadership, education environments, social safety and well-being, and healthcare outcomes of the Black community.
- To find and create both macro and micro opportunities for the advancement of Black people and Black-owned businesses.
